(These regulations serve to protect patients and practice staff. They are a supplement to the house rules until revoked.)
Access to our practice is strictly prohibited if one or more of the following points apply:
- An infection or colonization with the "new coronavirus" (SARS-CoV-2, causative agent of the disease COVID-19) has been detected in you.
- You had contact with a person in whom the new coronavirus was detected within 14 days (contact up to 2 days before symptoms appeared or the test was positive).
- You have had new flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing and / or smell or taste disorders within the last 14 days.
2) Mask requirement:
According to the current corona protection ordinance, all patients (as well as the entire practice team, provided the employees are not behind a protective screen) in our practice must wear a medical mouth and nose protection, which you may only remove during treatment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with this mouth and nose protection. Before you visit us, please ensure that you cover your mouth and nose with a medical mask, like an OP-mask, FFP2- or FFP3-Mask (minimum equivalent N95).
Masks with an exhalation valve (FFP2 / FFP3 with valve) do NOT offer any third-party protection and are therefore NOT permitted!
